Description
This time, I tried to use condiments; A rarity for me, considering how much of a "purist" I have been known to be.
I tried to burn honey onto the crust. Or glaze. Whatever it's called.
I drizzled honey on the bagel crust, then toasted it until the two fused together.
It tasted… Okay. It was almost a bit sour, actually. But I'm sure if I work on specific timings, I can get it to retain that savory sweetness…
3 Hickory Ham, 3 Roast Beef, 3 Salami, 4 Plain White Turkey Breast, 2 White American Cheese, standard reversed checkerboard order.
6/10 overall, and worthy of further experimentation.
